- Make timely payments
4. No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee:
- Specific search rankings
- Increased traffic or sales
- Algorithm update immunity
5. Payments & Refunds
- Fees are outlined in service agreements
- Late payments may suspend services
- Refund policies (if applicable) are contract-specific
6. Intellectual Property
All strategies/reports we provide remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We comply with:
- Australia’s Privacy Act 1988
- GDPR (for EU clients where applicable)
8. Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for:
- Search engine penalties from client actions
- Third-party service disruptions
- Revenue/ranking losses due to algorithm changes
9. Force Majeure

- Government restrictions
10. Non-Solicitation
For 12 months after service ends, you agree not to hire/contract our employees or affiliates without written consent.
